Nightly rates are available if you wish to stay for more than a week ie 8 days etc.
I am happy to accept short term or long term lettings and I will quote on request.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is payable to secure your booking. This deposit is non returnable.
A £50.00 breakages/return of keys fee is payable when you pay the balance. This will be returned once we have completed an inspection of the property and all keys/access card have been returned.
The balance is due eight weeks prior to departure.
