When guests have stayed in the apartment I always ask for feedback to help me to improve the service and standards. Please find below genuine comments.
"We had a great time! The apartment was perfect for our stay! Who ever does the cleaning had the apartment spotless! The stores were easy to find and the people (everywhere) were very nice. Had a great holiday in Cyprus and liked your apartment very much,we would be happy to do another stay with you. It was quiet,which we appreciated, but close enough to town to avoid getting in to the car every time somone wanted to go shopping. Had a good look at other holiday complexes but decided that yours was definitely much better for being in a smart location as opposed to Paphos itself or the Tombs Of the Kings road,which we would have hated." - Anita Hausey
We had a lovely week. The apartment had everything we needed and the location, directions etc were absolutely perfect. I just wanted to say Mike and I loved your beautiful apartment. It was so spacious with lots of wardrobe space. Ideal for a family. It is a proper home from home with everything to hand. Also, thank you for sorting out taxis for us. Lorraine and Mike Waters
We found the location to be really good and enjoyed the walks into town and back. The pool area was lovely, as was the patio. We didn't realise how close the pool was in relation to the apartment from the description on the website so this was very nice! We had a great time and we all agreed that it was the nicest apartment we had stayed in whilst abroad! It was really homely, the bathroom and bedrooms were lovely (as was the leather recliner in the lounge!!). What also made it nice was the fact that you actually kept in touch with us whilst we were there, rather than maybe leaving it to a local property manager.Thank you very much for all your help! You've been really great! I'm sure you'll continue to enjoy great success with letting the property out as you obviously dedicate a lot of your time to customer care. The holiday and accommodation, it was fantastic. We all left feedback in the book in the apartment. All in all we loved every bit of it and my girlfriends parents had a look on the website as the wanted to go but sadly your place was all booked up. I'll be in touch in the future as we definitely want to return. James Page
We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment and use of the pool. The apartment was very central for us - easy walk to town for evening meals. The apartment amenities were great. We had a lovely time, the apartment is great. Thank you for all the little touches. The pool was great. Every half hour there were very friendly people on the site. Thanks so much again for letting us stay in your lovely apartment! It was a wonderful week. I won't hesitate to contact you again when we next decide to go back to Cyprus! The pool is lovely, there was plently of sunbeds and it was really quiet. The supermarket is really close and the map was very helpful so we could find our way round on the first day. To be honest with you, we can not think of anything that could be improved. Your apartment is very well equiped, clean and very well looked after and is close to paphos town centre and harbour all as described by yourself. Feel free to use this as a positive comment on your website. Thank you for your help with all our queries prior to the holiday and once again we could not have found a better place to spend our holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope we can stay there again in the future.

We had a lovely holiday in your apartment, which had everything we needed. My friend Joan and I have every intention of coming to Marina Gardens again but we are scheduled to go to Malta next year. I have already spoken to Sally Brinkat who books the holidays for Exclusive Club and told her how lovely the apartment is and how much we enjoyed it. This was our first trip to Cyprus, Michelle organised the transfer taxi arrangements which was great as it took away all the stress of arriving in a new place The website pictures had us excited at the prospect of our stay, when we arrived we where delighted with the accommodation. It was very clean, well appointed and welcoming a real home from home. The location was ideal as you are close to the pool area and a short walk to local shops and a bar. The walk in to the main town of Paphos was pleasant and not too far in fact we made the journey twice a day. We found some excellent places to eat, a lively nightlife and the harbour area was inspiring. Whilst we did not hire a car we found a local bus route that made it easy to travel to the main sightseeing attractions. We took it easy on this holiday in fantastic surroundings, a lovely apartment and hot weather!!!! I would highly recommend a trip to Cyprus and a stay at Marina Gardens - Jane Maguire
The holiday was absolutely brilliant, your apartment is exactly what we needed and expected from your details. The block is great- except of course the old brolley problem (or 'Brolley-gate' as we named it! Kept us amused all week!). I don't know if it would help to buy a brolley stand for the beach one in the store cupboard? Anyway, it certainly wasn't anything that affected our holiday, we had a brilliant time. The apartmant was spotless when we arrived, and the taxi driver was great as well. I have already recommended it to my friend who's looking for a holiday in October! Hi Michelle, thank you very much for letting the apartment to us for 8 days. We really had a fantastic time, and the apartment was lovely. It was opposite my younger daughters apartment, so I was able to keep an eye on her. The complex is very family orientated and all the neighbours are very friendly especially Mel and her partner opposite who were very helpful when my friends partner Scott hit his head at the bottom of the pool and we had to call an ambulance, but thankfully he was ok. I can honestly say that there is nothing that you need to improve on, the apartment was very comfortable and had all the right facilities. I will be recommending it to our friends and family. We will definetly be going back there in the future.
