The apartment is a ground floor apartment with its own sunny patio area, which is perfect for al fresco dining. The complex has 25 apartments. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. The swimming pool has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.
The apartment is newly furnished. It has a lovely modern feel in terms of furniture and the decor. It has air conditioning throughout and it is very spacious. The air conditioning will blow either hot or cold air.
The apartment has a lovely new bright kitchen and a bathroom.
The apartment will be cleaned ready for your visit, including clean towels and linen. A linen and towel change will be provided after one week if you stay for two weeks or more.

You will be provided with the telephone number of a local, English managing agent who is available to deal with any problems.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you would find at home. The kitchen has a large fridge, washing machine and a microwave as well as a cooking hob. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, which will seat four people.

There is a vanity table and large cupboards, so there is plenty of storage.

The second bedroom has a vanity table and large cupboards. The storage space is ideal for two guests to keep all of their belongings.

Where is the apartment?
Marina Complex is well located for all the amenities. It is a genuine 15 minute walk to the harbour, lively bar street and the blue flag municipal beach, with its beach side restaurant. To provide you with some idea of the of the location, the complex is a five minute walk to the main road in Kato Paphos where all the large hotels are situated eg Alexander the Great (many weddings in Paphos either take place in these hotels or the reception venues are held there).
There is an excellent convenience store nearby which stocks all the basic supplies you may need. There are local tavernas which are about a two minute walk away.
Within a 5-10 minute drive is go karting, horse riding and the aqua park.
The golf courses around Paphos are a 15-20 minute drive away.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos airport. Marina complex is a 15/20 minute taxi ride. Taxi transfers can be arranged for you. You will be requested to confirm whether you require this or not when you book the apartment.

If you can be flexible with your dates Skyscanner is great.
Cyprus Airways are great in terms of customer care. The in flight meals are really nice and you are given two free drinks on board (includes beer and spirits). If you are travelling at night they are very good with blankets etc. If you book in advance you can get some good flight bargains.
